Columbia County Independent Living, Inc. (CCIL) in Magnolia, AR provides supervised living services for mentally and developmentally disabled single, ambulatory women over the age of 18. We help women achieve independence and become more self-sufficient individuals.

CCIL stresses home and community-based services and makes every effort to give personalized attention to each individual. Participation with the community and its citizens and businesses are an essential part of CCIL living. From enhancing self-worth to spiritual guidance, we offer women a number of services to improve their self-sufficiency.

Our caring team goes above and beyond to ensure all residents are living their life to its fullest potential. There’s nothing we want more than to help our residents meet their goals.


Our History

Several residents of Columbia County, AR strongly believed families of the county would greatly benefit from an organization that provided diligent assistance and guidance for mentally and developmentally handicapped women. On November 24, 1976, this dream became a reality when Columbia County Independent Living was officially incorporated. To this day, CCIL continues to provide support for its residents to help them learn life skills and ultimately achieve independence.

Board of Directors Meeting

Our Board of Directors meet the second Thursday of every month beginning in January with an end of the year meeting in November. All meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held at 217 N. Jefferson Street, Building A, Magnolia, AR 71753 at 5:00 p.m.
